She focuses on light, colour, and texture, in her paintings creating outdoor scenes from Canada.   Born and still living in Northern Ontario,  Pam paints images well known to her.   This includes landscapes and the wildlife that lives just outside her door.  

     Painting with acrylics on canvas and board, Pam creates impressionist in-studio works and some plein air works.  She is a self-taught artist learning through books, the internet, and with the guidance of many accomplished artists. 

     Pam is also starting a series on the history of the Northern Ontario Mining industry and local Timmins History.
